This Rubber Mixing Mill is widely applied in rubber or flake,slice type products making process.
Its rolls is: Chilled Alloy Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness 68~72HS.
The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.

1. Model: KM-JS260, KM-JS405
2. Voltage: 380V/50HZ,3Phase( voltage can be customized ).
3. Rollers' material: Chilled alloy-steel, very wear-resistant.
4. Transmission ways: by gear box.
5. Accessory: with scraping knife.

1. Our this model adopts newest chain wheel transmission system,all gears are dipped in lubricant oil.
2. This machine has long working life and small noise.
3. This model has changed to the gear adjusting which is more stable.
4. Water temperature indicator can be set in both inlet and outlet to keep stable temperature&good quality.
5. The cooling water cycling system and roller heating system can be available as customer request.
6. Journal Bearing Housing: Heavy-duty steel casting housing fitted with Anti-friction roller bearings.
