Product Introduction
Tests the extensibility and adhesive qualities of lacquers, paints and other protective coatings applied to a metal substrate.
A 20mm diameter steel ball punch is applied under pressure to the uncoated side of the test panel. Concentric with the punch on the coated side of the panel is a corresponding die.
Desigh Highlights
1. As the test panel is deformed the coated surface is kept under observation.
2. Max panel width 70mm, maximum thickness 1.25mm.
3. Complies with BS EN / ISO 1520 / BS 3900: E4.
