It is a high-performance and all-purpose vacuum mixer with dispersion&mixing. I
t is designated for the industries whose production process involve combining two or more liquids, solids with liquid, solids in a liquid, ointment to ointment, powder to ointment.
Design Highlights
The mixing tools and tank are made of stainless steel which makes these equipments highly clean and usable in all industries.
This series mixers include two main groups: The laboratory models (from 2L to 15L), and the industrial models (from 50L to 1200L).
The particular feature of planetary mixer is the combination of 3 distinct and simultaneous movements:
1. The rotation motion of the trapeziform blades on their own axis.
2. The power of the saw-tooth disks high speed dispersion motion.
3. The whole mixing tool is also following a complete revolution motion around The tank's wall.
4. It can be applied to a wide range of high viscosity mixing&kneading.
